OFFICIAL RULES: TAE BO® FITNESS CHALLENGE WITH BILLY BLANKS® BEGINNING FEBRUARY 1, 2008 AND ENDING MARCH 10, 2008

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Open only to legal residents of the Continental United States, 18 years of age or older or age of majority in resident’s home state) as of the entry date. Employees of Foot Locker Retail, Inc., Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., Sports Profiles, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, regardless of where they live) of such employees, and those living in the same household whether related or not, are not eligible.

2. ENTRY:

Download an entry form found at www.sppsports.com or www.ladyfootlocker.com beginning February 1, 2008, complete and mail in, or on a 3" x 5" card print your name, age, address, city, state, zip code, home and work telephone numbers (including area code) and mail in a business size, #10 envelope to: PROFILES/ WORKOUT, P.O. Box 75038, St. Paul, MN 55165-0688. Entries must be received by March 10, 2008. Enter as often as you wish. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected entries or postage due mail. Sponsors assume no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3. DRAWING/ODDS:

A random drawing will be conducted by Sports Profiles Plus on or about March 12, 2008, from all eligible entries received. Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or certified mail by March 14, 2008. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (5):

A workout weekend for two with Tae Bo® creator Billy Blanks® including double occupancy accommodations for 3 days and 2 nights at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza in Westlake Village, CA, April 11-13, 2008 (location subject to change), three Tae Bo® class sessions with Billy Blanks®, dinner for two with Billy Blanks, and $500 (in the form of a check) toward travel. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $1,500. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $7,500.

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed as part of prize. All unspecified expenses relative to participation in Sweepstakes (including all costs associated with acceptance or possession of a prize) are the sole responsibility of winner. Prizes are not transferable. No cash equivalent or prize substitution except at sole discretion of the Sponsors for a prize of comparable value, due to unavailability of prize for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for any state, local and/or federal taxes on prizes. If a winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner time permitting. Limit one prize per person/family/household.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Entrant agrees (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator of the promotion, Sponsors and/or Sponsors designees and Promotional Partners, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) to release, indemnify and hold harmless Foot Locker Retail, Inc., Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., Sports Profiles Plus and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively “Releasees”), from any and all liability, losses, damages or injuries whatsoever (whether due to negligence or otherwise) to person(s), including death, or property, arising in whole or in part, from his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or possession, use/misuse of the prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity; and (c) acceptance of prize constitutes permission to any and all of the Sponsors, Promotional Partners, the Administrator of the promotion and their respective agencies to the use of the winners’ names, pictures, and/or likenesses for advertising, trade or publicity purposes, at any time or times, in any media now known or hereafter discovered or devised, world wide, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval, and any and all rights to said use, without compensation, where legally permitted. Releasees are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of the rules, the winners, the description of any prize, or in the administration of the promotion.

7. AFFIDAVITS/RELEASES:

Grand Prize Winners will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release, where lawful, which must be returned within five (5) days of receipt of prize notification or prize may be forfeited. If prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a winner is found not to be eligible, or in violation of these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Travel companions of Grand Prize winners must complete and sign a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release which must be returned with the above stated Grand Prize winners documents. If a travel companion is under 18 years of age, parent or legal guardian of travel companion must sign the releases. Void where prohibited by law.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:

The Sponsors reserve the right in Sponsors’ sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this promotion or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt such online entry information; however, in such event, entry may be effected via 3”x5” card.

Releasees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of, the web site or any technical failure or malfunction. The Sponsor, Promotional Partner, and Administrator of the Promotion are not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading or copying materials from or use of the web site.
